"Go the Distance for Crime Victims" is the third annual race in the Linn County community in honor of National Crime Victims'
Rights Week. Thanks to so many participants in 2007 and 2008, the race was a smashing success. Join us again (or for the first time) this year!

The course starts and finishes at Thomas Park in Marion. Starting time
is 9:00 am.
Dogs, strollers, wagons, etc. are welcome.
Results/Awards
The awards ceremony and drawing for door prizes will be held at Thomas Park beginning at 10:30 a.m. Final results will be posted on this website and at www.horizonsfamily.org the week following the race.
Age Division Awards are given for women and men in the 5K race in the
following categories: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
Packet Pickup/Race Day Registration
Online registration is available by going to www.getmeregistered.com. Packet pick-up and late registration will be Friday, April 17, 2009, between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm at The Cedar Rapids Police Station at 505 1st St. SW, Cedar Rapids. Race Day registration and packet pick-up will be Saturday, April 18, 2009, at Thomas Park in Marion between 6:45 and 8:15 am.

A free long-sleeved t-shirt comes with each
entry fee! Please mark your size on the entry form. Registrations received by April 1, 2009, are guaranteed the requested shirt size. After April 1, shirt sizes are available on a first come-first served basis.
Registrations postmarked or submitted online by April 1 are guaranteed the requested shirt size.
